Yes, our caregivers are extremely qualified. While all caregivers have experience with childcare and/or a background in Education, we take it a step further by guaranteeing that at least one caregiver at each event has a Master's Degree level of knowledge and experience.

We provide on-site childcare at your event. Located in Honolulu, we service the entire island of 'Oahu, but charge a small travel fee for locations outside of Honolulu. We may also be able to service the outer islands, depending on the date, for a larger travel fee.

We provide care for all ages, from infants to pre-teens. The price varies with the ages of the children, as younger kiddos require additional adults for adequate supervision.

Yes! We are certified in adult and child CPR.

Each event is unique, and the hours, number of children, age ranges, and needs vary. As such, we do not offer "one size fits all" packages. We curate our services to meet your exact needs, and therefore, each event will receive a custom quote.

After receiving a quote from us, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. After we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email with your date reserved. The remaining 50% deposit will be due at the conclusion of your event.

We will refund your 50% deposit up to 2 months before your date. After this period, your 50% deposit will be non-refundable, even if your event is canceled. However, if you need to change your date, we will honor your deposit as security for a one-time date change.

We understand that sometimes it's hard to shut down a party! However, be mindful that we need to pay our staff overtime when this occurs. If your event runs late, a $50 late fee per 15 minutes or fraction thereof will be reflected on your final invoice.

Yes. Our minimum booking time is 2 hours, and our maximum booking time is 14 hours. For events lasting over 8 hours, our caregivers may change mid-event to reset and refresh.

Yes! All of our caregivers pass rigorous fingerprinting and background checks by the Federal and State Government.

Yes! Parents are welcome to check on their child(ren) at any point in our services. We want to make sure you both are at ease knowing that each of you is nearby.

Yes, we are able to provide snacks and meals for an additional fee. Please let us know if this is an option you are interested in.

Adult to child ratios depend on the ages of the children. Under 18 months - 1:2 19 months - 3 years - 1:4 4 - 6 years - 1:8 7+ years - 1:12 Please note that we are not certified caregivers for children with specific, acute special needs. It is our policy to have a minimum of two caregivers for all on-site childcare services to ensure the safety and well-being of the children.
